Shipping policy

Shipping and Third-Party Fulfillment Policy

1. Where we ship

Called It Store products are offered only for delivery to addresses in the United States that checkout accepts. A product may be limited to the contiguous United States, particular states, ZIP codes, or carrier service areas because of supplier, safety, legal, or transport restrictions. We do not offer international delivery at launch.

2. Seller and fulfiller

JBX Huddle LLC is the seller for a product purchased through Called It Shopify Checkout. Product pages use Sold by Called It and identify the third-party fulfiller with Fulfilled by [supplier display name].

The identified supplier stores the inventory, accepts the fulfillment request, picks and packs the product, tenders it to the carrier, provides tracking, and handles authorized return logistics. JBX does not warehouse or physically handle the product. JBX remains the customer's first contact for the Called It Store order and will coordinate the supplier and carrier rather than requiring the customer to negotiate with the supplier.

3. Processing and delivery estimates

The product page and checkout show the most specific processing and delivery estimate available for the product and destination. Processing time is the time before carrier acceptance; delivery time begins after carrier acceptance. Estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by inventory reconciliation, address review, weather, carrier events, holidays, safety holds, and other circumstances.

Any shipping representation must have a reasonable basis. If we cannot ship within the represented period, we will provide a revised date and the choice to consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt original-tender refund when required by applicable law. If no shipping period is stated, we apply the default period required by applicable law. The FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule guide is an official compliance reference.

4. Charges, taxes, and split shipments

Available shipping methods and charges appear before payment. Taxes are calculated through checkout based on the information then available. An order may arrive in more than one package when products have different suppliers or origins. We do not add an undisclosed shipping charge after payment. If a post-order correction would increase the amount due, we will request authorization or cancel/refund the affected item as appropriate.

5. Address accuracy and changes

Provide a complete deliverable address. Contact support immediately if an address is wrong. We cannot promise an address change after the supplier accepts or ships an order and may decline a requested cancellation, address change, reroute, product/variant change, shipment split, or other material adjustment.

When JBX agrees to a customer-requested cancellation or change that affects order economics, JBX may charge or deduct reasonable processing, payment-provider, carrier-intercept, rerouting, return-to-sender, shipping, restocking, or similar costs caused by the request. The amount will be disclosed before JBX completes the requested change and must be permitted by law. No such charge applies when the cancellation or correction results from supplier/JBX nonperformance, a legally protected shipping delay, defect, damage, wrong item, recall, or another non-waivable remedy. We do not charge a customer for a delivery failure caused by our or the supplier's error.

6. Tracking, delivery, loss, and damage

We send tracking when the supplier or carrier provides it. A carrier scan or delivery notation is evidence, not an absolute waiver of a valid non-delivery claim. Report a missing, damaged, opened, wrong, or incomplete package promptly to jbxhuddle@gmail.com or 281-305-9305. Preserve packaging and photographs when safely possible. We may verify the address, carrier record, serial number, and delivery circumstances before issuing a replacement or refund.

7. Delays, cancellation, and supplier failure

JBX does not control or guarantee a supplier's inventory, acceptance, facilities, personnel, carrier tender, or day-to-day performance. If the supplier rejects the order, lacks compliant inventory, misses the applicable shipment period, or cannot provide the exact product/variant/condition, JBX will not make an unauthorized substitution. JBX will use commercially reasonable efforts to stop the affected fulfillment, notify you, and issue the cancellation/refund remedy required by controlling law and our policies. Legally required refunds are made to the original tender; store credit is not substituted without the customer's lawful agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the full refund of the amount paid for an item the supplier cannot fulfill, including associated charges that law requires us to refund, is the customer's sole and exclusive contractual remedy for that supplier rejection, unavailability, cancellation, or nonfulfillment. JBX is not liable for replacement or substitute inventory, cover, price differences, expected savings, inconvenience, reliance, lost opportunity, or incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the supplier's inability to fulfill. This limitation does not waive a remedy that controlling law or a mandatory applicable Shopify/platform policy does not permit the parties to waive.

8. Controlling requirements

Applicable federal, state, and local law supersedes this Policy to the extent of a direct conflict. A mandatory Shopify, Shopify Checkout, Shop Pay, payment-provider, or other platform policy that lawfully applies to the specific transaction controls next to the extent of a direct conflict. Product-specific checkout terms then control, followed by this Policy and the Called It Terms. All discretion, charges, exclusive remedies, exclusions, and liability limits apply only to the maximum extent permitted by those controlling requirements.
